| Deposits: |
To make a reservation, a deposit totaling one night's lodging is taken. Deposit must be received when the reservation is placed. All advance deposits and credit card guarantees are credited to the last night of the reservation. Upon arrival all balance is to be paid in full. We accept all major credit cards.

| Cancellation: |
In the event of a cancellation, a full refund of your deposit will be made if seven days notice is given. Notices received later than seven days will be charged for the entire stay with refunds given only in the event that all accommodations are sold for the entire period of your reservation. |
| Early Departure: |
Should you leave before your reservation expires, you will be charged for all remaining days. A refund will be made provided we rent all accommodations for the remaining period of your reservation. |
| Rollaway Beds: |
$10 plus tax per stay. |
| Pets: |
Cedar Lodge does not allow pets of any kind in any of their units. |
| In-Season: |
Memorial Day through Labor Day. |
| Off-Season: |
All other times not specified. |
